HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?

Lead times for custom orders will be dependant on design revisions, complexity of design, and quantity of order. Minimum lead time is 2 weeks.

CAN I RETURN MY THRIFT SHOP ITEM?

Unfortunately, no. All Thrift Shop items are final sale only and are not eligable for any refunds, returns, or exchanges.

CAN I GET A PRINT ON A THRIFT SHOP ITEM?

Absolutely! When you place your order, attach a message with the print design you'd like. For custom prints, please allow additional design time.

Standard prints +$10 to item's original price.

Custom prints +$20 to item's original price.

We will be in touch with you to confirm design and placement within 3 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ITEM TO SHIP?

Orders will ship from ACI in 1-3 weeks. (Excludes custom orders and custom prints)
